This class will explore the obstacles we may have to even trying to meditate, such as attention difficulties, boredom, busyness, discouragement and perfectionism. So many people have these obstacles -- you are not alone! The good news: Buddha has a practice just for you! We will explore some different types of meditation in this class, and try them out together, and we will learn some ways to work with our own personal obstacles. Join us for this two-session workshop.
Stay for optional Q & A and discussion over tea in the lounge at 3:30pm.
