Anger can destroy our health, our relationships and certainly our happiness. However, frequently, underneath the anger, is a powerful wish for things to change. Is there a way to channel that power in a purely beneficial way? Could we be a powerful agent of change without the anger?
In this course, we will explore some of Buddha’s teachings and methods to free ourselves from the agitated, distorted grip of anger, and learn how to harness the power of clarity, compassion and wisdom.
