Have you ever wondered what it would be like not to talk and just be silent for a period of time? To take a break from all your devices and allow your mind to rest? Challenge yourself to discover the real freedom to be found in a calm and quiet mind. Escape the busyness of daily life and experience a short meditation retreat where everyone observes the practice of silence for a day in order to enhance focus and insight, and to gain a deeper level of stillness.
The day will include an introduction to meditation and silent retreat, three guided meditation sessions, and time for questions and discussion at the end.
A light vegetarian lunch will be served.
Intro: 10-10:30am
Session 1: 10:30-11:30am
Session 2: 12:00-1:00pm
Session 3: 2:00-3:00pm
Discussion: 3:00-3:30pm
