Being confronted with other people's anger can be deeply challenging. Often our instincts tell us to respond to others' anger with our own, especially if we feel that it is justified. But Buddha gives us an alternative: allow others' anger to cause us to notice their suffering and develop compassion for them. This series will address the deep spiritual value of transforming anger into compassion, helping us to break the cycle of polarization and harm that anger causes.
