This powerful ancient breathing meditation is deeply healing, increasing our inner strength, our ability to take on challenges and our power to benefit others. Through harnessing the power of our breath for the most beneficial purposes, we can keep our heart open in difficult times and be inspired to act kindly, patiently and wisely.
