Our children’s meditation class is back!  These monthly classes include a discussion about everyday experiences, a guided meditation and fun activities.

Join us for this special Hallowe’en class! Come in a superhero costume or an original costume of your choice, and discover the superhero within! We’ll enjoy some Hallowe’en games, crafts and treats.

For ages 6-12.

Children must pre-register, to ensure that we have enough supplies and assistants.

$5 / free for members

 * Please note: this is not a drop-off class. A parent or guardian must be present at the center while your child is in the kids class — parents or guardians can join the adults class which runs at the same time as the children’s class.
