Freedom from Craving, Attachment and Addiction Workshop

Everyone experiences the pain associated with craving and attachment, and many people suffer from some type of addiction or compulsive behavior. Whether we struggle with food, substances, technology, social media, harmful relationships or any other form of addictive behavior, Buddha's profound teachings and wisdom can help us to overcome these ways of thinking and acting that compel us to seek refuge, relief and satisfaction from deceptive sources.

In this Saturday workshop, we'll contemplate some of Buddha’s insights and practice meditations that can help us to connect with our true potential for healing, recovery, and personal growth and freedom. In the second part we'll learn profound techniques that can help us to recognize, reduce and begin to let go of the harmful thoughts, patterns and behaviors that cause us pain and hold us back. Everyone is Welcome!
