When we meditate on the clarity of the mind, we learn to access a state of peace and spaciousness within - one that allows us to emotionally reset and bring calm and stability to every area of our life.
In this special course, Kevin will explain the nature and function of the mind from a Buddhist point of view, and guide us through step-by-step meditations to let go of stress and experience a natural state of peace and clarity within.
Feeling refreshed and restored, we can then approach our life in a brand new way. We can live lightly in the face of challenges and difficulties, and develop deep confidence in the power of our own peaceful mind.
